The more we know before the visit, the faster we can price it. Describe the project in a sentence or two, give rough dimensions if you have them, and say what covers the area today, whether that is rock, sod, cracked concrete or old asphalt. Flag anything odd: a slab that has risen or sunk, puddles after afternoon storms, flaking, or a downspout that empties onto the concrete. Tell us if the work comes near the curb or the public sidewalk and whether an HOA has to approve it. Wide-angle photos from your phone are welcome.
